Exclusives

Welcome to the Great Wizard's Exclusives Page. The artwork created by Fighting Fantasy artists has always been spectacular, and so are Wizard Books' new range of covers. These have no doubt inspired many of you to create your own images depicting your favourite monsters, characters and scenes from the series. Here we present our exclusive look at unseen artwork and sketches, as well as short interviews we've had with the cover artists themselves.

EXCLUSIVE LES EDWARD Sketches

We have recently been sent these cover and sketch designs for the new FF series book cover Creature of Havoc by Les Edwards. A big thank you must go to Les and his wife Val Edwards who have taken the time to send me the email scans and whom I have had lovely conversations. Look out for images of Crypt of the Sorcerer soon. Les informed me that the brief was very specific as the picture was to have a very strong central image of the creature. The interperetation was pretty much up to Les and was based on the description in the book of course.

We also now have a scan of Creature of Havoc without Typography. These images are copyright of Les Edwards and may not be used without authorised use and consent of the artist in question.
